Doctor Who Series 7 Trailer is Released!

Time has gone very slow, as we have been denied Doctor Who for almost a year now. No More!

A new Doctor Who trailer has debuted, highlighting the show’s return on August 25. The first episode, Asylum of the Daleks, prepares you for the ultimate fangasm.

The five episodes that will air before Christmas will lead into Amy and Rory’s departure from the show, and making room for the Doctor’s new companion, Jenna-Louise Coleman.

It’s unclear how Amy and Rory are going to leave the show. However, the new trailer does show a hint of what could lead to the end of at least one of the companions. Daleks play a heavy role in the new trailer as do dinosaurs on a spaceship, a creepy Weeping Angel baby — and of course, River Song.

So it’s with slight fear, as well as agitation, that we approach the seventh season of Doctor Who. Welcome back Doctor Who fans, this is going to be fun.
