Ramon “DJ ElRock” Martinez
Ramon is a longtime DJ/promoter of rock in Spanish and alternative Latin music in Philadelphia. He has a show on Y-Not Radio where he plays mostly international rock and alternative music; things in other languages mostly but also things in English from obscure places. He has been a participant in the Latin Alternative Music Conference since 2001 and has brought some of the artists from the Nacional label to the area as well as to the ears of the local radio outfits like WXPN, WKDU and the defunct Y100.
